The International Myeloma Foundation recommends patients first learn about COVID-19 symptoms, and then know how to check their community’s level of the virus. Monitoring for symptoms is essential, as is and getting tested at least five days after having close contact with someone with COVID-19, even if one don’t experience symptoms.
